Privacy Policy
This policy explains how thumbnailtranslator, operated by thumbnailtranslator, collects and uses data while you upload images or translate text.
What we collect
We collect the image file you upload, any text extracted via OCR, and the translated text you edit. No credentials or payment data are stored on our server— those are handled entirely through Creem.
How we use your data
Uploaded images are processed transiently; we delete the stored previews and generated thumbnails once your session ends. Translation text is used only to display edits in the dashboard and to generate the final image.
Third-party services
Authentication is through Google, and payments are processed via Creem. We never store your login password or bank details. We may use analytics to monitor page performance, but all reports are aggregated and do not include personal text.
Data retention & requests
If you would like your data removed, email support@thumbnailtranslator.com. We retain only the minimum metadata needed to maintain credits and billing history.
